Welcome to the April May spring edition of Barbados Property News! Of course, in this wonderful tropical climate of ours we are fortunate to have it nice and warm all year round but in the colder climes, you will be embracing slightly warmer temperatures and a return to greenery and less harsh weather. It may not have been the best winter for the property market on the island with the drop in Sterling but Barbados still remains a very attractive and affordable destination for property investment. The island was packed with visitors over the season and there is much optimism for this trend to continue throughout the year.
