The buzz word at the moment is HOT HOT HOT! Not only are the temperatures challenging at this time of year but the island is ALIVE with Crop Over Fever! Parties have started and anticipation is high as for the first time since the pandemic, people are feeling the excitement and are ready to party!
Summer tends to be a quieter time for the real estate market but after speaking to a few agents, I’m not sure this is true this year!
