Bjorn Bjerkhamn is happy that he is providing much needed jobs as well as homes for the lower to middle income buyers. Ridge Meadows in Christ Church is a collection of two and three bedroom homes in a very central area. Mr Bjerkhamn said they are settling upwards of 20 homes a month. At a press conference last night, the Prime Minister, Mia Amor Mottley once again opened some businesses on the island including real estate agents, car rentals and all retail. The Curfew is still in place Monday - Thursday 10pm-5 am and Friday-Sunday 8pm-5am. This is good news for the island's property agents as BPN spoke to many of them during lock down who had various deals in progress that they could not complete.
