The local commercial bans and finance houses are locked in competition for loan business to fund domestic residential property renewable energy projects. Most of the schemes involve middle to high-end properties with owners in the same income bracket leading to one spokesman in the lending business saying;
”This is solid business where good customers are borrowing to improve the value of their properties and reduce their utility costs. In many cases the money they are saving will pay for the loans so the long-term benefit will not only help them financially, but add value to their property.”
