Paul Doyle of the Crane has announced they are planning a new multi-million dollar resort to be built near to the Sam Lord's Castle area. It will be the third major development in St Philip for this Canadian entreprenuer. On the Harrismith Beach, Doyle is looking at ten years to complete this development. He promises some amazing architectural designs and solid growth.
