We don’t really associate Barbados with springtime as the weather is Tropical and it’s virtually Summertime all the year round. Our Government is full of positive and enthusiastic economic recovery measures and, although the recent Budget hurt a few people, there were other concessions for the taxpayers. No pain- no gain will affect us for a few years, but the Honourable Prime Minister Mia Mottley is heading in the right direction after many years of despondency from the old Government. We are in a better place now after her landscape election.
New developments are slowly springing up and one of the most enterprising is the one ideally located on the South Coast within Rockley, which of course, sits within the most idyllic 9-hole golf design. Rockley is a little oasis with its towering mahogany trees, beautiful scrubs and tranquil environs. Two and three units are offered starting around US$400,000 are being sold through Luxe Caribbean.
