It’s the season in Barbados and the island is buzzing. Everywhere you look there are visitors. This is a wonderful sign for the island as we head into the 2023/24 winter season – predictions are good. Virgin Atlantic has increased their flights from the UK and are using Barbados as a hub, cruise ships are now a daily sight including the luxury liners such as the Ritz Carlton.
Congrats to Terra Caribbean on their new Home in the Welches area. It certainly looks amazing with a gym and café.
Good news for the south coast as the main road has been paved and drivers are breathing a sigh of relief – no more potholes! The island is challenged at the moment with this problem but someone is listening and it looks like repairs are set to take place islandwide over the never year. There is also news of a new sewage plant on the south coast!
There are loads of exciting projects on line in the real estate market in Barbados. Beautiful properties for sale and for rent. It’s a great investment to own here in this stable island with orderly people and a beautiful climate. We have just celebrated our 57th year of independence and we are proud of what we have achieved as a people.
